Christopher N. Brunner, MD

A board certified family practice physician, Dr. Christopher N. Brunner received his degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed a family practice residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Brunner is also a declared Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family & Community Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

Connie A. Davis, MD

A board certified family practice physician, Dr. Connie A. Davis graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed her family practice residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas in June 2002, and joined Wichita Family Medicine Specialists in July of that year. She and her husband, Dr. Steve Davis, share their practice. She is in the office on Mondays and Thursdays.

Steven W. Davis, MD

A board certified family practice physician, Dr. Steven W. Davis received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He serves as a Clinical Instructor of Family & Community Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. He satisfied requirements for his residency in family practice at Wesley Medical Center in June 2002. Dr. Davis received the award for Outstanding Clinician in his final year of residency.

Tari M. Ernst, MD

A board certified family physician, Dr. Tari M. Ernst received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Ernst completed her family practice residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She is also a declared Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family & Community Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

Braden J. Foster, DO

Dr. Foster is board certified in Family Medicine and a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. He completed his residency at Wesley Family Medicine while serving as chief resident for two years, and was awarded the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine award for Resident Teacher of the Year during his third year. He grew up in Wichita and is glad to be raising his family in the area. Dr. Foster is proud to practice family medicine in the Wichita community with a focus in chronic disease management, in-office procedures and preventive care.

Denis D. Knight, DO

A board certified family practice physician, Dr. Denis D. Knight graduated from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Knight currently serves as a Clinical Instructor for Family & Community Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

Tiffany L. Lieurance, DO

A board certified family medicine physician, Dr. Tiffany L. Lieurance graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her family medicine residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Deborah L. Outwater, MD

Dr. Outwater is board certified in Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of KS School of Medicine-Wichita and spent the last decade training medical students and residents. She is excited to return to private practice where her passion is building relationships with her patients, chronic disease management and health promotion, and women and children’s health. When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband of 21 years and 3 children. While not a Midwesterner by birth, she has been in this part of the country since 1986 and is proud to call Wichita her home. In her tenure as a physician she has been honored by her peers and students as an educator and clinician.

Diane M. Steere, MD

A board certified family physician, Dr. Diane M. Steere received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her family practice residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Steere serves as Clinical Instructor of Family & Community Medicine for the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

Dr. Regan DeHart, MD

A board certified family practice physician, Dr. Regan DeHart received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She also did two years of an anesthesiology residency that gave her some valuable experience in critical care medicine. In addition, she has experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. She serves as a community preceptor to medical students in the Wichita area. Dr. DeHart is proud of her family medicine practice in Wichita as this is the community she grew up in and her scope of practice includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and in office procedures.

Dr. Drew Schultz, DO

Dr. Schultz is a native of Wichita and joined the Wichita Family Medicine Specialist team in 2008. Dr. Schultz did his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University. He is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family practice residency program in Wichita. Prior to WFMS Dr. Schultz was an emergency medicine physician.

Dr. Bart Winter, DO

A Board certified family practice physician, Dr. Bart Winter graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his family practice residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington in June 2006, and joined Wichita Family Medicine Specialists in July of 2017. He and his wife, have 4 young children.
